About Jeana Griffin

Before real estate became her career, Jeana spent 15 years building and running small businesses. That experience shaped the way she works today: think creatively, know your numbers, communicate clearly, anticipate the problems and never forget that the people you serve are the reason you’re in business in the first place.

Real estate had actually been part of Jeana’s story long before she earned her license. She started working for a developer and builder at 15, bought her first home on her own at 23 and continued buying and selling property personally over the years. After moving to Georgia and making Thomasville home in 2022, turning that longtime interest into a career felt like a natural next step.

Today, Jeana is a REALTOR® licensed in Georgia and Florida, working with buyers, sellers and investors. Her entrepreneurial background gives her a different lens on real estate. She enjoys digging into the numbers, finding the story and potential in a property, creating a marketing strategy that actually makes sense and figuring out a way forward when the obvious answer isn’t working.

She was named Top Sales New Agent in 2023 and Thomasville Area Board of REALTORS® Rookie of the Year in 2024. She is also actively involved with the local REALTOR® community through education, the awards committee and community service.

But for Jeana, the job is about much more than closing a transaction. She wants her clients to feel informed, supported and comfortable enough to enjoy the process along the way.

When she isn’t working, Jeana is a mom of three who enjoys any home improvement project that provides an excuse for a new power tool. She’s also an enthusiastic practitioner of chaos gardening: planting things, throw out some seeds and proceed with unreasonable confidence that something beautiful will happen.

For Jeana, real estate brings together what she has always loved most about business — solving problems, doing the homework, building relationships and helping people make smart decisions. It means knowing what to look for, asking the questions her clients may not know how to ask and making sure they always have someone firmly in their corner, truly looking out for them, hopefully with a few laughs along the way.
